TEXAS NOTARY FEES WILL BE CHARGED BY NOTARY PUBLIC FOR NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS.

Taking acknowledgments or proofs:

$10.00 for the 1st signature & $1 for each additional signature on the same document

Administering an oath or affirmation:

Protests:

$4.00 + $1.00 for each notice of Protest

Certificates & Seals to a Protest:

Certifying a photocopy:

Witness Service

If witnesses are required and provided by us

• Witness fee: $35 per witness

 • Includes First two signature on document

Witness services are typically available between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Waiting Fees / Extended Appointment Time:

Wait Fees: 

• Every additional 30 minutes: $30

Fees apply if signing is delayed beyond the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Policy

2+ hours notice: No charge

Less than 2 hours notice: 100% of mobile/travel fee applies

No-show or upon arrival: 100% of mobile/travel fee applies

Wait Fee: $20 per 15-minute increment after a 15-minute grace period

Billing and Receipt

Payment is required prior to or at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. An invoice and receipt will be provided for all services. Notary service fees may include state-regulated notarial act fees as well as applicable travel, convenience, administrative, or service fees, depending on the type of appointment requested. Failure to provide payment at the scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of the service.
